Since gaining a first class degree in Sports Studies in 1998, my career has always been in sport, starting out as a Local Authority Sports Development Officer in Kent. From there I spent 3 years at Sport England in the South East Region managing the transition from Active Sports to County Sports Partnerships, working with a range of sports and partners…

In Autumn 2016 I was engaged by England Squash to produce a white paper entitled 'The Squash Landscape', and also organised and facilitated the inaugural England Squash Summit held in November 2016 at Staverton Park attended by 50 delegates. I am currently working on a Data Strategy for the NGB and providing personal coaching to staff.
I am an Associate for Switch the Play, supporting their objectives to aid transition in sport of athletes, players, coaches and support staff.
I am a Registered Assessor for Quest, (the UK Quality Scheme for Sport & Leisure) and undertake assessments for Active Communities clients.

Managing selected projects on behalf of Continuum Sport & Leisure on an Associate Consultant basis. Currently managing 2 football projects in Hampshire, and grant assessment for Sport England funding schemes.
I have provided data analysis for the FA Women's Super League and FA Skills programme, conducted research on the College Football Hubs and Female Apprentice programmes on behalf of AoC Sport, and currently undertaking consultation on a strategy for Futsal.
I was commissioned by Living Sport (Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Sports Partnership) to deliver 4 club forum meetings in May 2017. I have also provided support on a recent funding application led by Living Sport.
